Harlem Got Talent

The Friends of Frederick E Samuel Foundation has started a new program to teach music and singing to children from central Harlem. executive Director Clyde Frazier, Sr. and Musical Director Hal Keshner plan to teach the children at least five songs before having them perform for their family and friends.
